Pros
The department culture isn't bad. Although United Online has been established for 20 years, because the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
According to company policy, there is a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you are obedient and willing to listen, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-Hua furious, you will be dismissed.
