Pros
The department atmosphere isn’t bad. Although Unimicron was established 20 years ago, because the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
The internal policy has a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you’re obedient and compliant enough, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-Hua furious, you’ll be dismissed.
