Pros
The department culture isn’t bad. Although United Online has been established for 20 years, because the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
The company’s internal policy includes a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you are obedient and compliant enough, you may be able to pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua furious, you will be dismissed.
