Pros
The department culture isn’t bad. Although United Online has been established for 20 years, the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, so the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
According to internal regulations, the probationary period is three months. Basically, as long as you’re obedient and willing to follow instructions, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua angry, you’ll be dismissed.
