Pros
The department culture isn’t bad. Although United Online was established 20 years ago, the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, so the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
The company’s internal policy provides for a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you’re obedient and willing to listen, you have a chance of passing. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua angry, you’ll be dismissed.
