Pros
The department atmosphere is not bad. Although United Online was established 20 years ago, because the group as a whole has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
According to internal regulations, there is a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you are obedient and do what you are told, you may pass. But if you make CEO Sun Chih-Hua furious, you will be fired.
