Pros
The department atmosphere isn't bad. Although Uni-President Online has been established for 20 years, because the group as a whole has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the thinking becomes.
Cons
The company's internal policy has a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you're obedient and willing to follow instructions, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua angry, you may be dismissed.
