Pros
The department atmosphere isn’t bad. Although United Online has been established for 20 years, the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, so the thinking becomes more traditional and conservative the higher up you go.
Cons
According to the internal regulations, there is a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you are obedient and follow instructions, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua angry, you will be dismissed.
