Pros
The department culture isn’t bad. Although Uni-Lines was established 20 years ago, the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, so the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the mindset becomes.
Cons
The internal policy provides for a three-month probationary period. Basically, as long as you are obedient and follow instructions, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-hua angry, you will be dismissed.
