Pros
The department culture is not bad. Although United Online was established 20 years ago, because the entire group has been around for nearly 80 years, the higher up you go, the more traditional and conservative the mindset becomes.
Cons
According to internal regulations, the probationary period is three months. Basically, as long as you are obedient and compliant enough, you may pass. However, if you make CEO Sun Chih-Hua angry, you will be dismissed.
