The workload is like a rain shower—sometimes there’s a lot, and sometimes you’re so idle you end up scrolling on your phone. The plant manager is essentially the branch-office owner. Whenever you hear “the company has decided,” unless there’s an official written notice, 99% of the time it’s actually something the plant manager decided.
New technicians are trained only by senior technicians and traditional methods. If you don’t do a good job, the technician will scold you bluntly. After maintenance, the senior technician does not perform a final inspection; if there is a problem after the vehicle is released, you’re screwed. New employees do not receive hourly-work bonuses during their first three months. Depending on the individual, there may be night-shift duty. Basically, the duty schedule violates the Labor Standards Act (8 hours + 16 hours of duty + 8 hours of work the next day). New employees who want to make money should stay; this company depends on whether you have a good mentor.
