The workload is like a passing shower—sometimes there’s a lot to do, and sometimes you’re so idle you end up scrolling on your phone.
New technicians are trained only by traditional methods and senior technicians. If you don’t do the job well, the technicians will harshly scold you. After maintenance, the senior technicians don’t perform a final inspection; if there’s a problem after the vehicle is released, you’re screwed. New employees don’t receive hourly-work bonuses during their first three months. Depending on the individual, there may be night-shift duty. Basically, the duty schedule violates the Labor Standards Act (8 hours + 16 hours on duty + 8 hours of work the next day). New employees who want to make money can stay, but at this company, your experience depends on whether you get along with your mentor.
