At first, I came for the interview because I had already looked up information about this company on this website, so I came in with the mindset of “I’ll hear them out first—there’s no harm in giving it a try.”

The interview was more relaxed than I expected. I didn’t have to give that formulaic, somewhat boring self-introduction, and the questions were all quite logical, which made me feel very comfortable.

Also, the display cabinets at the interview location were really eye-catching. You could tell at a glance that this is a company with high standards for quality and aesthetics.

The interviewing manager also clearly shared the company’s culture and background, which helped me quickly understand the company’s overall direction and philosophy.

When I was about to leave at the end, I happened to hear the employees inside discussing something. The atmosphere really felt harmonious and energetic.

At that moment, I thought to myself: “Why is it so different from the reviews online?”

Later, I found out that the manager had already been replaced!

So I happily went home to wait for the notice~~

Of course, at the time I was still a little concerned about the parts of the reviews that mentioned the owner, so I joined the company with the mindset of “giving it a try.”

But after actually working here, I feel that the owner is much better than any boss I’ve encountered before. They are the kind of person who listens to employees. Even if they sometimes have certain preferences, if a colleague or the general manager suggests a more reasonable approach, the owner is willing to accept it.

You can really feel that the current general manager and owner are working hard to improve the problems of the past, and that they genuinely care about everyone’s feelings.

The warehouse staff have also all been replaced with a new group of people. They’re all enthusiastic and hardworking coworkers—and they can cook incredibly well!

Sometimes at lunchtime they share the lunch boxes or snacks they’ve made themselves. Seriously, someone please have them start a side business right here, right now!!!!

Also, there are a lot of women at the company. As someone who attended a girls’ school, I feel especially comfortable working here. I really love this kind of environment!

I’m currently studying in an evening program, and sometimes the stress of midterms and finals makes my skin condition worse. The general manager even takes the initiative to check in on me and recommend which company products might help my skin. The company also provides samples for us to try from time to time. It’s really thoughtful~

Oh, and the company also has an ultra-luxurious snack cabinet. Make a wish, and what you want to eat will appear the next month. It’s so awesome derrrrrrrrr!!!!!

The corporate-lawyer uncle is super cute!! Sometimes he even brings fruit and delicious treats to share with us (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

The company has recently been actively recruiting new talent, but many people may be hesitant to apply because they have seen the old reviews.

I used to work in traditional manufacturing, and I can honestly say that I was lucky to escape and make it into this company.

Do your part well, and you’ll be as happy as a celestial being (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

I also get off work on time every day—so comfortable and relaxed.

I swear, this place is really great (although you can’t see me raising my hand right now, once you come work here, I can swear it to you in person XDDDD)

Everyone is too afraid to come because of the old reviews.
