I’d like to share a bit about my interview experience.
During the interview, I filled out some information (which I assume is normal). The manager who interviewed me was friendly and patient, and was willing to listen to me talk about my past experience and thoughts about work. I felt that they really respected interviewees!
I joined at the beginning of this year, and so far, my impressions are:
1. Although the company doesn’t have many employees, my colleagues are very friendly, and everyone helps one another when there are problems. It’s a place with a great working atmosphere!
2. The company’s snack cabinet is regularly restocked, so when you’re tired from work, you can freely replenish your energy. (You can save quite a bit of your own money on snacks~)
3. Although the work content can sometimes be miscellaneous, everyone helps one another. There isn’t a cold, bullying workplace environment, which is something I really appreciate!
4. The office is new, so you don’t see cockroaches, ants, or other little insects, and the restroom is very clean! (I’m very afraid of dirty restrooms in old buildings, so this is something I really like.)
5. It’s very close to the MRT, so the commute is simple. (Some colleagues ride scooters, and it’s also easy to park scooters nearby.)
1. I heard from some senior colleagues that because the company moved from Taipei City to Tucheng District last year, some original employees resigned because the distance was too far.
It feels like there are relatively few employees at the moment, so sometimes people’s work overlaps!
Hopefully the company can gradually fill out its staffing.
