Male managers often bring up sexual topics in conversation, emphasizing that they accompany girls to buy underwear, or commenting on female colleagues’ bodies, saying things like, “You really have an ant waist.”
They have poor emotional management, losing their temper and shouting during meetings without clearly identifying the problem. After a complaint was made to HR, nothing was done. The matter was not handled according to legally required gender-equality procedures; there was no dedicated committee, and it was simply brushed aside.
