Male supervisors frequently bring up sexual topics in conversation, emphasizing that they accompanied girls to buy underwear, or commenting on female colleagues’ bodies, such as saying, “You have such an ant waist.”
They have poor emotional management, openly berate people during meetings without specifically identifying the problem, and take no action at all after complaints are made to Human Resources. They do not handle the matter according to legally required gender-equality procedures, and there is no dedicated committee; instead, the matter is simply brushed aside.
