Male supervisors frequently bring up sexual topics in conversation, emphasizing that they accompanied girls to buy underwear, or commenting on female colleagues’ bodies, such as saying, “You really have an ant-like waist.”
They have poor emotional management, shouting profanities during meetings without specifically identifying the problem. After a complaint was made to Human Resources, nothing was done. The matter was not handled according to the legally prescribed gender equality procedures; there was no dedicated committee, and it was simply brushed aside.
