Male supervisors frequently bring up sexual topics in conversation, emphasizing that they accompanied girls to buy underwear, or commenting on female colleagues’ bodies, such as saying, “You really have an ant waist.”
They have poor emotional management, explosively berating people in meetings without clearly identifying the problem. After reporting it to Human Resources, no action was taken at all. The matter was not handled according to legally required gender-equality procedures; there was no dedicated committee, and it was simply brushed aside.
