A Personal Observational Account for Job Seekers
I worked at this company for a period of time and would like to briefly share some personal observations for those considering applying:
Management and decision-making: The company recently appointed a new head of finance whose responsibilities cover a wide range of areas. Many departmental operations and decision-making processes need to be confirmed by this主管. Overall, the management style tends to be centralized.
Internal collaboration and personnel turnover: During my employment, I observed that collaboration between departments might require considerable adjustment. In addition, there have been personnel changes in some mid- to senior-level positions, which may be related to adjustments in the overall management structure or corporate culture.
Departure of former colleagues: After leaving, some colleagues chose to handle the relevant procedures themselves. At present, there are no further records of complaints. It is difficult to determine whether this was due to individual adjustment issues or other reasons.
Background of the current主管 and the company’s current situation: As I understand it, this主管 has considerable industry experience and previously participated in projects related to the listing of other companies. They currently also play an important decision-making role at this company. Although the company’s second generation has become involved in its operations, they are still in the process of developing and learning, and actual decision-making remains primarily in the hands of the current management team.
