The company is small. During the interview, the HR representative (possibly the owner?) appeared polite and courteous, yet was very disrespectful.

I applied for a retail staff position, but during the interview they kept asking questions about e-commerce management and marketing. My experience is not in that area; I had only briefly encountered it in one job, and my résumé did not claim it as a specialty. After I explained this, they said that my ability in this area was zero for their needs. I wasn't interviewing for that position in the first place—what was going on?

The starting salary listed on 104 only reaches that amount after including additional bonuses, and the bonus calculation method is also quite unusual. The interview was for a position stationed at a counter, but it felt as though existing senior employees could not finish using their annual leave, so “full-time employees” are needed to rotate among locations for support, including Taoyuan Airport. The company also will not fully reimburse commuting expenses for such support assignments. Overall, it is extremely unreasonable—a small traditional company's scale and policies. I advise anyone considering an interview to think twice.
