The company is small. During the interview, the HR representative (possibly the owner?) appeared polite and courteous, yet was very disrespectful.

I applied for a store staff position, but during the interview they kept asking questions about e-commerce management and marketing. My experience is not in that area; I had only had limited exposure to it in one job, and my résumé did not claim it as a specialty. After I explained this, they said that, in this area, I was a zero to them. I wasn’t interviewing for that position in the first place—what was that about?

The starting salary listed on 104 only reaches the stated amount after including other bonuses, and the bonus calculation method is also very unusual. Although the interview was for a stationed counter position, I got the impression that existing senior employees could not finish using their annual leave, so they needed “full-time employees” to rotate among locations for support. This included Taoyuan Airport, and the company would not fully cover commuting expenses for such support. Overall, it was extremely unreasonable—essentially the size and rules of a small traditional company. I advise anyone considering an interview to think twice.
