The company is small. During the interview, the HR representative (possibly the owner?) appeared courteous and polite, yet was very disrespectful.

I applied for a store staff position, but during the interview they kept asking questions about e-commerce management and marketing. My experience is not in that area; I had only had some exposure to it in one job, and my résumé did not claim it as a specialty. After I explained this, they said that my ability in this area was zero for their needs. I wasn’t even interviewing for that position—what was that about?

The starting salary listed on 104 can only be reached by including other bonuses, and the bonus calculation method is also quite unusual. The interview was for a position stationed at a counter, but it seemed that existing senior employees could not finish using their annual leave, so they needed “full-time employees” to rotate in and provide support. This included Taoyuan Airport, and the company would not fully cover commuting expenses for such support. Overall, it was extremely unreasonable—just the scale and practices of a small traditional company. I advise anyone considering an interview to think twice.
