The company is screening candidates, and candidates are also screening the company.
An interview is a two-way process, not a one-sided interrogation.

First, HR proactively invited me to the interview; I did not apply proactively.
The actual interview process differed somewhat from my expectations. The atmosphere of the conversation was somewhat tense, and the interviewer asked repetitive questions and repeatedly pressed for further answers, making it difficult to demonstrate natural communication and interaction.
Overall, the interview focused more on response testing and judging values. The job responsibilities, company policies, and future direction were not clearly explained, making it difficult to assess whether the two sides were a good fit.
Some of the on-site interactions and arrangements also caused some discomfort. Overall, it was a poor experience. I recommend that job seekers who are considering this opportunity compare multiple options and choose a workplace environment that suits their own style and expectations.
