When interviewing with a micro-enterprise, there may be department heads, managers, and HR present. In short, they will try to push your salary down, so it ends up being a base salary plus various allowances to come close to the market level. If you request personal leave, you may be asked whether you are going to an interview. Many department managers are smiling assassins: they are polite and smile at you to your face, but you never know how many covert attacks they have made behind your back. Your break times may differ from what was stated in the original employment contract, and you may later discover unreasonable performance evaluations. If you do not know how to flatter your superiors, you may very well be asked to leave or subjected to workplace cold violence—it feels like being used as a scapegoat.
Although the parent company is a listed company, the actual situation at the other micro-enterprises is different from what HR or the interviewer says! I recommend that everyone come and experience such a wonderful company for themselves.
