I have been employed here for nearly three months. The company is now led by an entirely new management team, and all business operations are conducted in accordance with government laws and regulations, representing a significant change from the initial reviews. Here, as long as employees have a positive attitude and are willing to commit themselves, the company is very happy to provide opportunities for them to demonstrate their abilities. A production performance bonus was paid in May, and the supervisor also stated that if revenue continues to grow in the future, the bonus amount is expected to be higher than the one paid this time. Overall, the work atmosphere is positive and good.

My position involves administrative work. Because I need to make up for matters that were overlooked by the previous management team, I am currently in a transitional phase and the workload is relatively heavy. However, once the relevant matters are gradually put in order and the operations get back on track, the overall workload will return to a normal level.
