The company now has a new management team, and all matters comply with government laws and regulations. The issues reflected in previous reviews no longer exist. As long as employees are willing to work and take on the tasks they want to do, the company is very willing to provide them with job opportunities. A production performance bonus was distributed in May. The supervisor stated that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this one. The company currently has many sampling orders, and every department collaborates closely, creating a very good working atmosphere.
There are many sampling orders paid by piece, and there is a lot of overtime. Because the previous management team failed to complete certain administrative tasks, everything now needs to be brought up to date first, so the workload will be heavier during this transition period. Once operations return to normal, the workload will be normal.
