The company now has a new management team, and all matters follow government laws and regulations. The issues reflected in previous reviews no longer exist. As long as employees are willing to work and do what they want to do, the company is very willing to provide them with job opportunities. A production performance bonus was paid in May, and the supervisor said that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many sampling projects, and all departments collaborate closely as one team, creating a very good working atmosphere.
There are many sampling projects paid by piece and a lot of overtime. Because the previous management team did not complete certain administrative tasks, everything now has to be made up first, so the workload will be heavier during this transition period. However, once things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
