The company now has a new management team, and all matters comply with government laws and regulations. The issues described in previous reviews no longer exist. As long as employees are willing to work and take on desired tasks, the company is very willing to provide them with opportunities. A production performance bonus was distributed in May. The supervisor said that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many prototyping projects, and every department collaborates closely as one team, creating a very good work atmosphere.
There are many piece-rate prototyping projects and considerable overtime. Because the previous management team did not complete certain administrative tasks, these now need to be made up first, so the workload will be heavier during this transition period. Once things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
