The company now has a new management team, and all matters comply with government laws and regulations. The issues described in previous reviews no longer exist. As long as employees are willing to work and take on the tasks they want to do, the company is very willing to provide them with opportunities. A production performance bonus was paid in May. The supervisor stated that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many prototyping projects, and all departments collaborate closely with one another, creating a very good work atmosphere.
There are many prototyping projects paid by the piece, and overtime is frequent. Because the previous management team failed to complete certain administrative tasks, they must now be addressed first, so the workload will be heavier during this transition period. However, once things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
