The company now has a new management team, and all matters comply with government laws and regulations. The previous issues reflected in earlier reviews no longer exist. As long as employees are willing to work and take on tasks they want to do, the company is very willing to provide them with work opportunities. A production performance bonus was paid in May, and the supervisor stated that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many prototyping projects, and every department collaborates closely and smoothly. The work atmosphere is very good.
There are many piece-rate prototyping jobs and a lot of overtime. Because the previous management team failed to complete certain administrative tasks, everything now has to be made up first, so the workload will be relatively heavy during this transition period. However, once things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
