The supervisor stated that if future revenue is higher, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many prototyping projects, and every department collaborates closely and cohesively. The work atmosphere is very good.

There are many prototyping projects paid by piece rate, and there is a lot of overtime. Because the previous management team failed to complete certain administrative tasks, those tasks now need to be addressed first. Therefore, the workload will be relatively heavy during this transitional period, but once things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
