The company now has a new management team, and all matters comply with government laws and regulations. The situation described in previous reviews no longer exists. As long as employees are willing to work and take on the tasks they want to do, the company is very willing to provide them with work opportunities. A production performance bonus was distributed in May, and the supervisor said that if revenue is higher in the future, the bonus will be even better than this time. The company currently has many sampling projects, and every department cooperates closely, creating a very good work atmosphere.
There are many sampling projects paid by piece rate, and overtime is frequent. Because the previous management team failed to complete certain administrative matters, they now have to be addressed first. As a result, the workload is relatively heavy during this transition period, but after things return to normal, the workload will be normal.
