The assistant manager + finished-goods purchasing employee is the boss’s cousin. She has been with the company for 15 years and is deeply entrenched. She was cheated out of more than 1.3 million, and also has considerable personal debt, totaling more than 6 million. She works part-time at night and on holidays, has no focus at work during the day and slacks off, is prone to emotional outbursts and irritability, and has emotional issues. The company’s management department needs reform and a complete system established. The person least cooperative is this cousin. She repeatedly opposes things, and does tasks entirely according to her personal preferences; as long as she dislikes something, she opposes it.
