The work environment is good, very new, and the equipment is also very new. The pantry is well equipped. The colleagues are all young and generally easy to get along with.

This is a company that really likes holding meetings. There are various routine meetings every day, many of which are just formalities. Whenever an external guest visits, everyone is required to attend. It feels like the company places a strong emphasis on its image and therefore likes to have everyone participate. The boss occasionally comes up with additional activities that employees are required to attend, such as small competitions. You get a drink on your birthday, and snacks are often provided. In addition to their regular daily work, new employees are responsible for a large number of routine minor tasks. These tasks can only be reassigned when another new employee joins, so if no one new comes in, you just keep doing them. Every department monitors the others, so your interactions with everyone are monitored, and if you do something poorly, all the managers will know. Leave requests are approved, but you may be given a hard time afterward. There is an overtime culture, but overtime is compensated with time off in lieu rather than overtime pay. Personally, I think the salary is also much lower than that of similar companies.
