The work environment is good and very new. The equipment is new, and the break room is well-equipped. The colleagues are all young and generally easy to get along with.

This is a company that really likes holding meetings. There are various routine meetings every day, many of which are just meetings for the sake of appearances. Whenever external guests visit, everyone is required to attend. It feels like the company cares about its image and therefore likes to make everyone participate. The boss occasionally comes up with additional activities and requires people to attend, such as small competitions. You get a drink on your birthday, and snacks are often provided. In addition to their regular daily work, new employees are responsible for a whole bunch of routine small tasks. These are tasks that can only be reassigned when another new employee joins, so if no new person comes in, you just keep doing them. Every department monitors the others, so your interactions with everyone are monitored, and if you do something poorly, all the managers will know. Leave requests are approved, but you will be given a hard time afterward. There is an overtime culture, but overtime is compensated with time off in lieu rather than overtime pay. Personally, I think the salary is also much lower than that of other companies in the same industry.
