Look at the team and see whether they are on the right side!

I never thought this place would become like this. I originally thought things would improve once the source of the problems left, but it turns out nothing changed—in fact, things got even worse. This is really not a good sign!

Even people who benefit from the status quo can engage in infighting, and can even directly say things like, “I can’t work with this person; I’m asking the boss to fire them,” “There’s even office politics going on,” “Even though we work in international markets, when someone wants to go on a business trip, they still demand that a translator accompany them,” “They get into a huge argument over a few hundred US dollars,” and “Development isn’t allowed to let people say that development is slow! But honestly, when the source of the problems was still here, we could update two products; now that they’re gone, we only have one small update per quarter... and none of those are major features...”

It truly leaves people speechless.

Many incompetent people here continue to occupy senior positions, but ultimately, isn’t the boss the one indulging them?

From engaging in factional struggles in the past to continuing to fight after changing personnel—it has only gotten worse. The one thing that hasn’t changed is the boss’s unconditional tolerance. When you get to the root of the problem, it would be more practical to replace them with a CEO capable of putting things in order.

Don’t let a group of incompetent employees squander the company’s strong hand. The company clearly has a lot of potential.
