You also have to do a great deal of manual labor and act as a driver, taking supervisors all over the place—even to other counties and cities. Every day, you must submit reports and write summaries explaining that day’s work. You often have to stay after work for meetings and discussions; even when there is nothing important to address, there are still a lot of meaningless meetings held after hours. You also frequently have to run personal errands for the boss. Employees are treated like servants and are often kept past the end of the workday. There are also too many business dinners and social obligations, which often run very late. The pay is not high, and the performance bonuses are practically worthless. The boss keeps a very close eye on employees: in addition to requiring daily reports, they monitor the surveillance cameras at all times and use a location-tracking system on company vehicles.
