For business trips, the company provides a company car and a public-service vehicle. The company enjoys wining and dining.
A small family business that sells bathroom fixtures. One person is expected to do the work of three, so it relies heavily on sales ability. Employees who join need to memorize the company’s product information and prices. Whether working in the office or out in the field, employees need sales and cold-development skills. There is also a lot of manual labor, as well as driving the supervisor around to various places in other counties and cities. Every day, employees must submit reports and written work summaries explaining that day’s tasks. After work, they often have to stay for meetings and discussions. Even when there are no important matters, there are still many meaningless meetings held after hours. Employees also frequently have to run personal errands for the boss; they are treated like servants and often have their off-hours occupied. There are also too many business dinners and social engagements, which often run very late. The pay is not high, and the performance bonuses are practically worthless. The boss monitors employees very closely: in addition to requiring daily reports, they watch the surveillance cameras at all times, use a tracking system on company vehicles, and occasionally require employees to submit reflections on their work. Working at this company lets you experience what it means to have no quality of life and suffer from the back-to-work blues after every break. The pay is barely anything, and I do not recommend it!
