唐吉訶德企業有限公司
Pros

Honestly, I really can't think of any.

Cons

1. Low pay: Only around 30,000, and Japanese companies generally don't give raises unless you get promoted. On top of that, there are all kinds of deductions and fees, such as the employee welfare committee fee, but they provide absolutely nothing in return. For example, the quality of the employee break room is tens of thousands of times worse than the dining area used by customers outside.

2. Understaffing: Staff are cut when revenue figures don't look good, and vacancies aren't filled because management says, “Revenue is poor—where would we get the money to hire people?” Then, because there aren't enough staff, it's difficult to provide good service, so there are constant customer complaints, and management turns around and blames us for having so many complaints.

3. Excessive workload: Because of the understaffing, one person has to handle roughly the workload of three people. Management also requires a long list of additional tasks, such as hawking products, cleaning the sales floor (there used to be dedicated cleaning staff, but their contracts weren't renewed because revenue was poor), and offering samples.

Overall, whether for employees or customers, this is a very poor working environment. Employees can't handle the workload, and customers can't get good products to buy either.
