唐吉訶德企業有限公司
Pros

Honestly, I really can't think of any.

Cons

1. Low salary: Only around 30,000 a month, and Japanese companies don't tend to give raises unless you get promoted. On top of that, there are all kinds of charges deducted from your pay for various things, such as the employee welfare committee, but nothing is actually provided in return. For example, the employee break room is several thousand times worse than the dining area used by customers.

2. Understaffing: Staff are cut when revenue doesn't look good, and vacancies aren't filled because management says, “Revenue is bad—where would we get the money to hire people?” Then, because there aren't enough staff to provide good service, there are constant customer complaints, and management turns around and blames everyone for there being so many complaints.

3. Excessive workload: Understaffing means one person has to handle the workload of about three people. Management also requires a lot of additional duties, such as hawking products, cleaning the sales floor (there used to be dedicated cleaning staff, but their contracts weren't renewed because revenue was poor), and handing out samples.

Overall, this is a very poor working environment for both employees and customers. Employees can't handle the workload, and customers can't get good products or a good shopping experience.
