唐吉訶德企業有限公司
Pros

Honestly, I really can't think of any.

Cons

1. Low pay: Only around 30,000 per month, and Japanese companies generally don't give raises unless you get promoted. On top of that, various fees are deducted from your salary or charged to you under different pretexts (such as the employee welfare committee), but they provide absolutely nothing in return. For example, the employee break room is several thousand times worse in quality than the dining area used by customers.

2. Understaffing: Because the revenue figures don't look good, people are laid off and vacant positions aren't filled. Management says, “Revenue is poor—where would we get the money to hire people?” Then, because there aren't enough staff to provide good service, there are constant customer complaints, and management turns around and blames us for having so many complaints.

3. Excessive workload: The understaffing means that one person has to handle roughly the workload of three people. Management also requires a variety of additional duties, such as hawking products, cleaning the sales floor (there used to be dedicated cleaners, but their contracts weren't renewed because revenue was poor), and handing out samples.

Overall, this is a very poor working environment for both employees and customers. Employees are unable to cope with the workload, and customers are unable to find good products to purchase.
