Here are my actual impressions of working at Heyi:
1. The colleagues get along harmoniously and are friendly. When there are problems, everyone supports and helps one another.
2. There is a birthday celebration every month, with snacks and free drinks (including drinks from more expensive beverage shops such as Milksha and 8Yao, among others).
3. There are many opportunities for overtime, but employees are not forced to work overtime.
4. The company reached a record high in revenue in 2025. I received a performance bonus in the first quarter, and the company is expected to list on the Emerging Stock or OTC market in 2026?
5. The company provides uniforms and work shoes. The type of work shoes depends on the requirements of the work area.
There are relatively few parking spaces for scooters and cars. Some areas outside the company are marked with red lines (I heard they will be removed in June), but there is a free public parking lot nearby.
