The company operates globally and moves quickly, with cost savings; however, its management model is relatively unplanned and tends to treat things as one big pot.
The company's business mainly involves testing and exporting computer hardware components. Its systems are very disorganized. Despite being in the technology industry, even the screws used for computer assembly are purchased from “Taobao.” There is no quality-control department, and the company frequently receives customer complaints. In terms of management, the company appears to have little trust in its employees: nearly 50 surveillance cameras have been installed from the first to the seventh floor (there is no fourth floor). The stated working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., yet employees are routinely required to work one hour of overtime every day without overtime pay.
