To evade the Labor Standards Act, the company requires employees to first fill out an “Overtime Estimate Report” by the end of the previous month and obtain the general manager’s approval before working overtime; otherwise, the overtime will not be counted or paid. Employees must also fill out a “Voluntary Overtime Application Form” to evade the Labor Standards Act, making the government believe that employees volunteered to work overtime. In reality, the wages are extremely low, and employees have to rely on overtime pay to make up for it.
When working overtime, no boxed meals or meal allowances are provided.
When taking leave, if it coincides with a consecutive holiday (Saturday or Sunday), the general manager must sign and approve it before the leave can be taken. If taking two or more days of leave, employees must also write a report for the general manager’s approval. Annual leave is stipulated by the government; as long as it does not affect work progress, the company should not be able to interfere with how I use it. However, the general manager of this company really does return leave applications, and employees have to make a major issue of it and submit their resignation before the leave will be approved.
Salaries are calculated manually, and payment always takes five working days. If there is a holiday, payment is guaranteed to be delayed. Salaries are never paid on time. The compensation system is divided into a responsibility-based system, an overtime-based system, and a monthly payment system in which one half is paid monthly and the other half is paid every three months.
