Office-based work, not fieldwork
Colleagues are easy to get along with
After completing one year, the birthday voucher can be exchanged for company products
No overtime; you can leave work very punctually
Basically, the company ignores the existence of the Labor Standards Act.
The salary listed on 104 (for example, if the salary is listed as 29,000, it is actually 27,000 + 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus)
Workdays marked in red on the calendar are not paid, and there is neither compensation nor compensatory leave
Sick leave and menstrual leave result in deductions from both the full salary and the perfect-attendance bonus
The probation period is three months; during probation, the daily wage is calculated at 1,200 per day
Labor and health insurance are reported at the minimum level; any amount above the minimum wage is categorized as a bonus
Only one summer uniform and one winter uniform are provided
There is basically no way to have enough to change and wash them
All in all, it is a very bizarre company, and there is a lot going on beneath the surface
