There is superficial harmony among colleagues; as long as work is not discussed, there will be no conflicts.

There is no overtime pay. Those with a strong tolerance for servitude can do very well at this company. Rework and multitasking are the norm, as are long, pointless meetings. It is a large company that thinks it is already famous and therefore no longer strives to improve.
