There are hardly any normal colleagues left; those who remain are all the new hires' bad karma. Simply perfect!
The boss only cares about what they want and changes the rules at the drop of a hat. The SOPs are written for ghosts and are practically impossible to follow. The boss doesn't like urgent requests, while the secretary is all talk—spending all day asking others whether they've finished their tasks, then forwarding it to the boss. Watch out for the high-level switchboard operator. The people with power cause everyone trouble all day long, make work out of nothing, and then change things again after everything has been confirmed. It's hard to tell what this company actually wants.
