A female sales manager acted haughty and superior, and hadn't even looked at the applicant's information beforehand. During the interview, she kept her head down looking at her phone and barely looked up at you. Yet she had the nerve to repeatedly ask how to solve the business-development problems she was currently facing. It was blatantly obvious that she was simply looking for people to provide solutions. Then, while looking at my résumé, she sneered and asked about my past job-hopping experience in a contemptuous manner. You can see this position repeatedly being opened and closed. It's very obvious that they are—under the guise of recruitment, actually trying to gather information about business-development techniques! Could you please have at least some actual expertise yourself!!?
