It's all written in the cons!
A female sales manager acted condescendingly and had not even reviewed the applicant's information beforehand. During the interview, she kept her head down looking at her phone and barely looked up at you. Yet she had the nerve to repeatedly ask how to solve the business-development-related problems she was currently facing. It was obvious that she was simply looking for people to provide solutions. Then, while looking at the résumé with a contemptuous attitude, she mockingly asked about my past job-hopping experience. You can see that this position keeps being opened and closed repeatedly. It is very obvious that they are—under the guise of recruitment, actually trying to find out about business-development techniques! Could you please have at least a little substance of your own?!
