A female sales manager acted high and mighty and clearly hadn't reviewed the applicant's information beforehand. During the interview, she kept her head down looking at her phone and barely looked up at me. Yet she had the nerve to repeatedly ask how to solve the business-development problems she was currently facing. It was obvious she was simply looking for someone to provide solutions. Then, while looking at my résumé, she asked about my past job-hopping experience in a condescending manner, with a mocking tone. You can keep seeing this position being opened and closed repeatedly. It's very obvious that they are—under the guise of recruitment, actually trying to sound out and pick up business-development techniques! Could you please have some actual expertise of your own?!
